I hope to see you at one of the industry conferences where I speak (ERE, Kennedy, SourceCon, etc.) and if you're in New England, we probably already have crossed paths, because I'm very visible in the greater Boston area.

BTW, I know Joel from the late '90s when he was the marketing guy at JobOptions.com (formerly e-Span) and I ran a job board that integrated their functionality. You'll occasionally see CheezAds that he sends me to post on my blog (if you run a recruiting blog and are looking for a little extra cash, ask him about it).
