Amybeth Hale - Research Goddess is a collection of Amybeth's thoughts on researching in addition to resources and tips provided by other leading recruiters and researchers. Amybeth started this blog simply as a way to introduce herself to the recruiting research community. From its humble beginnings in the fall of 2006, it was amongst the nominees for the Best Recruiting Blog through the 2006 Recruiting.com Best Blog Awards.

Amybeth's intentions with the blog are to see it blossom into a widely-read resouce for researchers and recruiters. She also desires to disspell some of the misconceptions of the research function within the recruiting office by promoting the research position and discussing the benefits it brings to the recruiting process.
