First Real-Time Job Search Engine to go "BeyondtheTweet"

London, UK – 16 July 2009, AttheSocial Media in Recruitment Conference:TwitterJobSearch (www.TwitterJobSearch.com),thefirst real time job search engine, launched its "BeyondtheTweet" functionality to eliminate spam fromthejob seekers experience."BeyondtheTweet" will present relevant data to job seekers gathered fromthepages linked to in Tweets. Using contextual intelligence,theTwitterJobSearch search engine will present a small preview window withthemost relevant parts of linked pages, not simplythefirst 400 characters. This solves several ofthemost critical issues with social media search engines:

• Limited data(140 Characters) -Theproduct allows individuals to see 400 characters of relevant job info
• Easily Gamed/Spammed(Lots of HashTag and Keyword spam) - Allows individuals to see a relevant "snap shot" ofthepage that is being linked to

• Grab and Associate key Meta Data-theproduct spiders linked pages to validate atweetand to grab metadata to associate it back withthetweet. This turns data into actionable information, i.e.thetweet"we're thinking of hiring an associate" can be turned into "marketing associate wanted at X Company in X city in X sector"
• Use Natural Language Tools to evaluateTweets -Theproduct doesn't rely on keywords or hashtags since they are easily gamed are not a scalable technique to determine relevancy. We look atthewords that are tweeted in context in order to evaluatetheintent.
  
• Relevancy Algorithms-Theproduct knowstheintent oftheinformation seeker and use that to guide our relevancy algorithms (we look at geography, recency, our version of a "tweetrank", and other dimensions to do this)
