investment banking is not only been emerging as a support system for any country's economic growth but is also a key driver towards major merger and acquisitions being undertaken by a corporate entity either domestically or on international lines. Major investments by corporates are facilitated by investment bankers as a internediary for the smooth transition of mega deals.

Really fantastic! It’s a fabulous interview and i enjoyed a lot as well as learnt a lot from this brilliant Actress. She's such a great person and such a talented actress. I really admire how down to earth she is despite the fact that she's so famous...there's no doubt in my mind that she will do even MORE great things in the future. Great post i look forward to reading more Sydney Cv interview questions

Our wonderful friends in Phoenix have had to make the tough decision to slash jobs across the country. The one time up and coming job board with the video and blogs, plus $65 million in investments, is slowly winding down their business operations across the country with their local approach. The so-called "franchise" model of local offices is failing as the economy weakens. Gone are several Director level positions plus sales and marketing people from coast to coast.
The future is not a bright one for the company that spent close to $1 million at SHRM just a few months ago. We have to assume Matos (CEO) and team were attempting to unload the business and showing the brighter side of things at this years SHRM conference. The executive night out at the Cubs game obviously didn't go off as planned.
What's next for this at one time up and coming organization? They are ripe for a buyout as staff leaves, revenue falls and the investors are looking for a return on their at this point close to $75 million investment.
Many in the industry are wondering how Matos and team could have gone through so much cash in only 2 years. The future is dim - let's see if they can pull a rabbit out of a hat and keep the doors open.

Perhaps you saw the 60 minutes segment on millennials. If not, take a few minutes to view it. http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2007/11/08/60minutes/main3475200_page2.shtml
Wow. Blaming Mr. Rogers! They forgot to attack Big Bird, Oscar the Grouch, and Kermit. Wait a second. Sesame Street Characters are to blame for the Gen X'ers, not the Y's . . . aren't they?
Sure. And Eddie Haskell is to blame for all of the brown-nosers of the Boomers. Hey, it is our parents who are to blame/thank. Not a TV show or personality.
I just love the "profiling" that is done about an entire generation. If memory serves me correctly (I'm over 50 so I'm not sure it does), my generation - the boomers - were all dope smoking, long-haired hippies who made love, not war. There is a generation out there that I call Generation Wise (Y's). They do get it. They do understand balance. I have an "advisory board" of Gen Y'ers. I sent the link to all of them and this is the reply I received from one of them:
I agreed with most of it about my generation but the stuff about us being lazy I think is way off! I think that my generation is more efficient! I can come into work at 9 and get more done by 3 then most of my co-workers, I think we have learned to work smarter and quicker that’s why we take more time off and get bored more easily then other generations!
As far as the whole Mr. Rogers thing, I think that’s a bit much too! But I guess it would explain why we think we are all special but I think it steams from everyone, mom, dad, teachers, etc. Not just Mr. Rogers!
I think what she said is brilliant. The onus is on us, as managers and coaches, to change how we mentor and lead. We have a whole bunch of smart people who are about to descend on us. It is now our duty to provide the environment and coaching they want and need.
