He came to CareerBuilder following the company's acquisition of Headhunter.net in 2001.CareerBuilder recently lost its newspaper relationship manager Kendall Marolda to Verve Wireless.

The company offers a vast online and print network to help job seekers connect with employers by powering online job search centers for more than 1,400 partners, including 150 newspapers, America Online and MSN.

The company started out as NetStart in 1995, and became CareerBuilder in 1998. CareerBuilder gained 1,000 customers in its first year, and had 25 partners by 1999.

The CareerBuilder corporate headquarters is located in Chicago, while the technology headquarters is located in Atlanta.
