Frank Zupan
Frank Zupan is an independent consultant specializing in development and implementation of successful recruiting and retention strategies for technology-based organizations.
Previously, Frank was the Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Operations Officer for Visium Resources, Inc. in Cleveland, OH. Visium Resources is a locally owned and managed IT services firm providing project-based and staff augmentation services to clients throughout northeast Ohio. Frank was responsible for all internal staff management as well as serving as a corporate officer.
Prior to joining Visium, Frank was Vice President of Human Resources at SAVVIS, a global IT Infrastructure provider. In this role Frank was a key contributor and team leader in a global HR organization facilitating corporate growth from 400+ to 2200+ employees within a five year span. In his tenure, he was accountable for creating and managing Recruiting, Training, HR Business Partnership, and Employee Development departments while managing deployed resources nationally and internationally. Additionally, Frank was intimately involved with several M&A activities requiring extensive exposure to domestic and international employment law, facilitating successful acquisition and assimilation of hundreds of employees in North America, Europe, and Asia.
Prior to joining SAVVIS, Frank was the Principal Consultant with Creative Source Recruiting, which provided managerial, strategic, and tactical levels of talent acquisition support to technology companies in the Washington DC area. These firms included AOL, TRW, Keane Federal Systems, Cable & Wireless, and others. Through these engagements Frank supported corporate and client-based staffing objectives to include support of federal intelligence agencies (CIA, NSA, DIA, NRO), staffing of national sales organizations, targeted sourcing and headhunting, and extensive team management responsibilities. Previously, Frank was a regional VP, Director and Manager in the technical and engineering services sector.
