i4cp LogoThe Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp), formerly known as the Human Resources Institute, is a company devoted to improving the performance of employee and workplace productivity. i4cp, which was formally created in late 2006 but is built on an infrastructure (25+ research analysts, 40+ years of human resource research) dating back to 1965, does so through a combination of peer communities, research, tools and technology.

In January 2008, i4cp launched its peer communities, which, in their first stage, are discussion forums where members (corporate executives and HR professionals) can discuss best practices and ask questions for current issues in safe and secure environment. Vendors and consultants are not allowed, so members can receive unbiased, non-solicited advice from their peers in other organizations. Members (i.e. clients) generally include Fortune 500 companies such as Shell, McDonald's, Ford, Chrysler, Pfizer, Qualcomm, etc. A partial client list is available on the i4cp website.

In addition to this new approach, i4cp continues to offer the second largest research team in the United States devoted to productivity and HR issues. The research team publishes over 10,000 pages of productivity research a year. All of this research is available online and thus is accessible 24x7x365. Sample reports and articles can be found on the Productivity Research Downloads page.
