Human Capital Solutions, LLC, the parent company of JobCircle.com and hired! magazine, was organized in June 2003 as a result of a merger from two of the region’s oldest job boards, JobCircle.com, Inc, founded in 1998, and and JobNet.com, Inc., founded in 1992. The Human Capital Solutions, LLC management team has over 30 years of IT, sales and Internet development experience, and is headed by CEO William Shea, and Joseph Stubblebine, President. Human Capital Solutions specializes in connecting jobseekers and employers through a variety of products and services that have a proven track record. A summary of Human Capital Solutions’ major lines of business: JobCircle.com: JobCircle.com is a regional job board that provides employment opportunities to jobseekers in PA, NJ, DE, MD, NY, and DC. JobCircle currently has over 305,000 jobseeker members, 200 clients, over 7,000 active joblistings, and receives over 3 million pageviews monthly. Magazine: Founded in July of 2005, hired! magazine is a free careers and education magazine that is distributed to almost 1,000 locations throughout the greater Philadelphia area, including Wawa, Bally’s Total Fitness, and many grocery stores. Each issue contains display ads from various regional hiring companies, and boasts over 3,000 job board job listings in the back of every issue. Job Fairs: Human Capital Solutions, under the JobCircle.com brand, hosts over 16 large scale job fairs in highly visible venues in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Washington DC. Our events range from $65,000 - $150,000 in revenue per event, and our events accommodate 40-100 employers and over 2,000 – 4,000 jobseekers. There is a primarily focus on general, diversity, and technology and nursing events.
Recruitment Services: HCS, LLC's recruitment services division provides clients with non-traditional methods to recruit and reach out to a large audience of jobseekers. These products consist of Event Promotion packages, which assist customers in promoting and managing private-label recruiting events and school open houses. The recruitment services area also handles email blasts, banner ads, and other non-traditional advertising products.
