Since 1989, human resource managers who work for seasonally operated employers get together for collaborating, networking, continuing education opportunities and FUN, from all over the U.S. The conference location changes annually to let participants experience a new park or resort.
Members of SHRA share a common interest in issues specific to seasonal employment, including recruiting, retention, staffing, training, housing, benefits, recreation, policies and procedures.
The 2007 conference was held in Big Sur, CA during the month of October. Check the association's website for more information.
