Yellojobs.com is an online referral network that consists of employers who post jobs and users who get paid when a friend or colleague they recommend for the job gets hired. The idea is to make every individual a headhunter. Currently in the U.S. there are nine registered employers on Yellojobs, including Canyon Leasing and Exterran. Companies on Yellojobs are offering $13,500 in total rewards for referral bonuses.

Yellojobs.com India, where the site enjoys an increasingly strong presence, has three Directors, Dr. Andreas Koestler who is the Founder & CEO of Yello, Mr. Wolfgang Viragh as Chairman & CFO of Yello and Ms. Nina Alag Suri, who is also Managing Director APAC for Contact Recruitment Ltd, a premier London/Singapore based recruitment firm. Yellojobs.com in India is headed by Mr. Vikramjit Singh Sahaye who was also instrumental in creating the YelloRewards referral system.
The CEO of Yellojobs.com USA is Jim Newfrock, who has a background in strategy, finance, and operations gained as senior director and practice leader with Booz Allen Hamilton. Their COO and VP of Business Development is Alex Conway.
