iCIMS Delivers Performance Management Solution to Lulu Enterprises

An existing user of iCIMS’ pre-hire software tools, Lulu enhanced its use of the iRecruiter™ Talent Platform to now include performance management capabilities as well.

Lulu Enterprises was founded in 2002 and is a digital media exchange for books, music, and other digital content. Over the past year, the company has experienced rapid growth, doubling in size and expanding to offices around the world. Realizing that these business changes could hinder management’s ability to assess and retain top talent, HR sought an effective, user-friendly performance management system.

Lulu’s HR department focused on improving the ways in which employee assessments were collected and tracked.
